I will start off with a question. This is really about jobs or a career. Is there anything a woman can do that a man cannot do better? I am also not saying that women cant do the job I am just saying that you can always find a man that can do it better. Sure you can find women that outclass men in thier jobs but then you can always find a man that can do it the same if not better. And a women can compete with men reguarding physical labor but there is always a man out in the world that is just stronger. There will always be a man that is bigger, better, faster and stronger. And there are things women tend to do better than men but there are also men that can do these things just as well.
So recount.
Everything a woman can do a man can do just as well.
Some things a man can do a woman cannot do better.

Women should have the right to try to do everything a man does wether they can or not. Women should not be automatically categorized because of their sex.
Women should not be categorized I agree and I think we should be given the right and chance we have been held back long enough.
I don't really agree. Women are great at their jobs because we generally show something most men do not - compassion. I'll give an example: part of the job of a doctor is to give care to their patients. This is not just physical care, but also emotional (mental), etc. There have been countless cases of MALE doctors calling patients on the PHONE to tell them they have cancer (if you don't get where I'm going, this is a HORRIBLE way to tell someone this). What makes a woman better at this job is that they take into account how other people actually feel. However, I guess judging someone on how well they do their job is taking into account what you feel personally is important in doing that job "better". It's unfair to classify that women cannot do things as well if you don't take into account some other aspect of the situation.
Lets recount.
I did not say women could not do the job I just stated that you can find a man that can do it better.
I also said women in general do somethings better then men but you can always find a man that can do it just as well as a woman.
What I am really saying is that you can only compare men and women in one way and that is the strenght aspect because in all other ways the line between the best is very vague.
I agree that majority of the time when it comes to jobs that involve physical labor, men will almost always excel over women, however I disagree that in every job a man can be better than a women. There are several professions that a women can just be better at because they have different qualities than a man.
